Windchime

The Story

At its core, Windchime is about preserving the character of an existing home while giving its interiors new life. The design honours the original architecture while introducing greater function, refinement and a renewed material palette. Existing skylights were retained as key features, allowing natural light to move through the spaces and highlight the materials below. A mix of wood tones, natural finishes and sculptural lighting adds dimension, depth and personality throughout, allowing old and new to feel naturally connected. Beneath that careful approach is a home intended to support everyday life, where familiar character is preserved while the spaces feel more comfortable, functional and ready to be lived in for years to come.
