The Story

A more compact footprint becomes an opportunity to create a home that feels generous through careful planning and carefully considered proportions. The design uses flow and a carefully edited materials to create a strong sense of cohesion. White oak, black millwork and soft neutral finishes establish continuity, while more distinctive elements, including the wood-burning fireplace and glass-enclosed wine cellar, introduce moments of contrast and character. The overall composition balances refinement with livability, supporting both quiet daily routines and larger gatherings within the same cohesive framework.
