Bluewater Pier

The Story

Positioned on a point, Bluewater Pier is designed around the changing light and views that define the site from sunrise through sunset. Layered decks create a series of distinct outdoor areas, while glass railings maintain uninterrupted sightlines and a strong connection to the water. Together, these elements extend the experience of the boathouse beyond its footprint, creating a setting shaped equally by gathering, relaxation and the surrounding lake.
