We work toward meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA for website content and functions within our control. Accessibility is reviewed as the website changes, and we welcome feedback when something creates a barrier.

You may request website or business information in an accessible format or with a communication support. We will consult with you to identify an appropriate option and provide it in a timely manner at no additional cost, subject to the exceptions permitted by law.

Please describe the barrier, the information you need, and a suitable way to contact you. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis. Pine Creek will make reasonable efforts to respond in a manner suitable to the circumstances, document the resulting action, and make that documentation available on request.

Before production launch, Pine Creek must train staff who communicate with the public or maintain web content and retain a simple record of requests and resulting actions. This working statement should be confirmed before production launch.
