Our New Website, Built Around Your Questions

The new Pine Creek Homes website on a laptop and a phone

For two generations, the best way to get to know Pine Creek has been to walk through one of our homes with us. You see the timber up close and notice how quiet the rooms stay in January. You hear how a family decided where every window should go. Our new website is the next best thing to that visit.

We understand that building a custom home or cottage is one of the biggest decisions a family will make. Most people spend months, sometimes years, quietly doing their homework before they pick up the phone. They want to see real work and understand how the process goes before they trust anyone with it. We rebuilt pinecreek.ca with that person in mind.

Our work, shown properly

The portfolio now holds more than twenty of our homes, cottages and boathouses, from the Whiteshell to Lake of the Woods to acreages outside Winnipeg. Each one has its own page with photos and the story behind the build: what the family wanted, what the site asked of us, and how it came together.

If you're planning a cottage, start with Whiteshell Bay or Stillwater Bay. If a home in the country is what you have in mind, Stonewall and Prairie Acreage are good places to begin.

How a custom build actually works

One question comes up in almost every first conversation: what happens next? Our process page walks through it in five steps, Discover, Design, Planning, Build and Possession. Every build is different, so it won't answer everything. You'll still know what to expect before we ever sit down together.

Answers to the questions families ask us

Over the years our team has written about the things people wonder about most, and you'll find more than a hundred of those articles on the new site. A few good places to start are whether it's safe to build through a Manitoba winter, what it really costs to build at a water-access cottage, and why we plan every build around the possession date. Most of them come straight from conversations we have at the design table every week.

Easier to start the conversation

When you're ready, the Let's Connect page makes it simple to tell us about your project, your land and your timing, and one of us will get back to you personally. If you'd rather hear from us now and then while you plan, you can join our email list at the bottom of any page. We send new designs, project stories and practical building advice.

Built the way we build

We approached this website the way we approach a home. We listened first and paid attention to the details you notice when you live with something every day. The photos are of our own work, and the words come from the people who will build your home.

Take a look around. When you're ready to start the conversation, let's connect.
