Pine Creek Homes offers a wide range of services for each of our projects. The extent of our involvement can range from foundation, frame and shell – getting the building up and closed in, to full turn-key services.
Foundation, frame and shell provides you with the main structure- foundation, Timber Frame or Log where applicable, framing, roofing, windows and doors- to the stage where the building can be locked up.
Full turn-key provides you with all of the services needed so that you just need to turn the key and move in, we take care of everything else. This includes taking your ideas and creating the plans, obtaining the building permits, managing the entire construction process, having insurance in place and following up with warranty. Our focus is on taking care of all the details surrounding building a new home so that you can enjoy the process and have confidence that your dreams will become a reality. You have complete control over all the choices and then get to sit back and watch it all come together.
Building a new home takes time and is likely the largest purchase you will ever make and it is important that you trust and have complete confidence in your builder.
